Thanks for all the great info. Per your advice I have used tart cherries with great success. It does not always work but I have been able to stop upper arm pain, headaches and gout flares with them. I’ve been using organic tart cherry juice and organic dried tart cherries. I’ve just started a trial of curcumin (aka Turmeric) – hopefully that will help too.
